We were invited to deliver a masterclass on <em>The Workplace of the Future<\/em> to Heads of Directorate, Heads of Sector and other personnel from across DIGIT. Using our immersive, collaborative and peer-driven Mesh learning approach, we ran live, online sessions via video conference and online collaborative documents. Weaving theory on open culture and effective practices for hybrid working with the knowledge in the room, the group c<\/span><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">ollectively explored opportunities, challenges, and solutions for the workplace of the future. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
