Ardcairn Ltd was founded in 2018 by Grainne Hamilton to formalise her concept and consultancy work. Grainne provides advisory, education and innovation services and puts teams together with Ardcairn’s Associates.
Grainne is an internationally recognised consultant, innovator and author. She has advised leaders from governments, companies, cities and education institutions globally on empowering high performance with skills-based solutions. She has conceptualised and blueprinted skills-based innovations, shaped international standards and policy, and is named on the Mozilla Monument in San Francisco for her contribution to work that is credited with seeding the skills-based movement.
